For Alex

Six years ago today, my Honored Teammate Alex lost his fight with leukemia. There's nothing I can do to adequately memorialize him, or to honor his family who stood so bravely by his side throughout his treatment. Nevertheless, today I remember, and grieve with Alex's family - for the little boy I never got the chance to meet, and for everyone and everything he left behind.
